Met mijn rug tegen deze grote boom zit ik deze post te schrijven. De boom staat op een berg die over het park uitkijkt. Het is hier alles behalve stil. De vogels kwetteren, een ezel uit de kinderboerderij balkt en Charlie is druk bezig met het graven van een kuil. En toch vind ik hier stilte.
Misschien klinkt dat vreemd in jullie oren, maar de boom zorgt ervoor dat ik stilte in mezelf voel. Ik voel me hier geborgen en veilig. Ookal ben ik zichtbaar voor iedereen en zit ik boven op een berg.
Ik vind het heerlijk. Samen met alle geluiden maar toch alleen.

Saved a lovely little bee from drowning in our paddling pool at the weekend. It was floating on its back and totally lifeless. I thought I saw a leg twitch so I lifted it out with my gardening glove and it amazingly it started to move! I took it to the greenhouse to try and get it warm and dry. Its little wings were all soaked and limp, I really thought they had been too damaged to fly again. Then it started to use its legs to dry its own wings - it was fascinating to watch. I thought it might be starved so I went and grabbed some flower heads from my bee friendly patch and the bee got so excited!! It ate so much nectar, was hilarious watching it get covered in dusty pollen. This literally gave it so much life and energy back, what an incredible thing to watch 😍Wait for it at the end of the video....😆😅🙈

Die ersten vier Jahre meines Lebens bin ich auf einem Bauernhof aufgewachsen. Wiesen, Wälder, ein Feld voll mit Gemüse und Sträucher mit Beeren rund ums Haus. Die Hühner liefen den ganzen Tag frei herum und die Kühe weideten von früh bis spät auf der Weide. .
Ich sah wie das Getreide mit der Sense geerntet wurde, wie aus Körnern Mehl entstand .
Ich saß auf den großen Heuhaufen mit meinen Geschwistern und beobachtete die Bauern bei der Feldarbeit, hörte jeden Tag den Hahn 🐓 krähen und sah vor allem wie das Obst 🍇 und Gemüse 🍅 gewachsen ist. .
Eine von BBC veröffentlichte Studie zeigte, dass 19% der Kinder im Alter von 5 - 16 Jahren nicht wissen, dass Erdäpfel unter der Erde wachsen 😳.
10% glaubt, dass Käse am Baum wächst 🙈 und über 1/3 der Kinder haben Schwierigkeiten Obst und Gemüse überhaupt zu benennen. .
Heutzutage sind wir schon so weit von der Natur entfernt, dass wir gar nicht mehr wissen, woher unser Essen kommt und wo es überhaupt wächst.
Ich sehe das als Gefahr!! .
Wenn unsere Kinder keinen Bezug mehr zu dem haben, was uns nährt und wie und wo unsere Nahrung gewachsen ist, dann werden große Konzerne (wie Monsanto), in Zukunft ein leichtes Spiel haben. .
Es wird keine Artenvielfalt mehr geben, kein frisches - biologisches Gemüse und Obst, die Bienen werden aussterben......
In China werden zum Beispiel viele Pflanzen schon mit Drohnen bestäubt 🤦🏻♀️😢.

Ich glaube ganz fest daran, dass jeder einzelne von uns einen Unterschied machen kann 💪❤️.

🌱Geht mit euren Kindern aufs Erdbeerfeld, 🌱lasst eure Kinder bei einem Hofladen Obst und Gemüse aussuchen, 🌱nehmt euch ein Selbsterntefeld, 🌱geht im Wald spazieren und sucht nach Brombeeren und Pilzen, 🌱keimt zu Hause frische Sprossen,
🌱pflanzt Kräuter am Balkon an,
🌱bereitet gemeinsam euer Essen zu,

Es gibt so viele wundervolle Möglichkeiten!!

Denn wenn unsere Kinder die Erde nicht mehr riechen, den Regen nicht mehr kosten, den Wind nicht mehr berühren und die Dinge nicht mehr wachsen sehen, wer soll es dann in Zukunft tun?

Acceptance is the key to move on. ~
Akzeptieren und weitermachen 🤷🏼♀️ manchmal hat man eben keine Alternative. Ich hab beschlossen mich weiterhin nicht von meiner Schulter großartig einschränken zu lassen. Jetzt wird übern Sommer mal Physio gemacht - Ziel ist es in ein paar Wochen wieder Klettersteige gehen zu können, mit einer stabilen Schulter und einem guten Gefühl 😌🙏🏼 Was mir bei dieser Sache wieder einmal bewusst wurde ist, dass je fitter man ist und je trainierter der Körper umso geringer sind die Schäden am Ende und man erholt sich auch flotter. Irgendwo hab ich mal geschrieben: ... man weiß am Anfang vielleicht noch nicht für was es am Ende gut ist. Also, im eigenen Interesse: Tut was für euren Körper! 😌☝🏼 [Ende der Belehrung] .

She enjoyed walking across that bench back and forth. #simplethings She was so excited and overwhelmed to see so many dogs. Of course, like all our outdoor adventures, she found her self a walking stick. She tired so hard to pick up that big one but settled on one that was proportioned to her size. #toughdecisions .

It’s great that there is a paved trial so next time I might bring a stroller so we can walk further and longer. She enjoyed walking but were only able to do a little loop.

Когда ты долго - долго едешь, и останавливаешься размять косточки, тебя может ждать «рояль в кустах»🦌 В нашем случае - целых два🦌🦌🌿🌳🌳🌿 В общем, выйти косточки размять мы не решились, ибо сначала долго смотрели друг на друга😁 Лось смотрел и не шевелился, его друг (или подруга) в кустах рядом жевала травку, мы же наоборот, шевелились и фотографировали😂 Потом лосю видимо надоело на нас смотреть, и он ушёл, зато пришёл второй. Мы снова поиграли в гляделки, и ребята, лоси то есть, удалились в лес по своим делам...
Теперь это одна из самых незабываемых встреч в моей жизни🤗🦌🌿 #пойдемгулятьвлес #сюрприз

Ein Update von unseren frisch in die Freiheit entlassenen Bartgeier-Jungvögeln: Caeli & Kasimir entwickeln sich gut und wechseln sich in ihrer "Chefrolle" ab, wenn es um den Zugang zum Futter geht. Schließlich will jeder die schmackhaften Stücke, die Wildbiologe Michael Knollseisen zum Horst bringt, für sich selbst 😉 Auch Besuch von der Seebachtaler Kolkrabenfamilie hatten die beiden schon. ⠀

And the living is easy.
I hold my hands up, I'm a fairweather happy mama. I find motherhood so much easier in spring, summer and early leaf crunchy autumn. I don't mind rain but I need light!
I love picnics outside so there's less mess to clear up inside. I love meadow wandering 🌼 I love the boy discovering the hose for the first time ☺ I love growing food 🍅 I don't love night waking at any time of year but they're easier when the sun is coming up soon ☀ I like no nappy time in the garden because baby bottoms are cute 🍑 I like festivals and village fetes 🎉 I like Vitamin D; it helps me tremendously #mentalhealthmatters.
