I’m going a little off plan this afternoon. It’s my friends baby shower and we’re going for afternoon tea 👶🏼
It’s well within my capabilities to just join them all and have a salad, but I don’t want to. I might not loose as much this week but every crumb of that scone will be worth it 😂

**HONESTY POST** Not going to hide the fact that I have been struggling these past couple of weeks. The excitement of finishing university, the stress from finishing university and the unpredictable hours at work have all been factors as to why I haven't been on plan, but quite simply, my head has not been in it. I didn't go to group last week as I was too ashamed to get yet another gain in my book - however, i WILL be attending tomorrow evening, ready to get back on plan. I have literally had enough now. I have made the decision to join the gym, be my own motivator and PREP!!! I have had a lovely weekend with family, celebrating the Royal Wedding. This week is hectic, I am working unsociable hours, I have my GCSE Maths exam on Thursday, and I am heading to Cardiff Friday for my end of year ball, but I will be 100% on plan up until then 👌 this is it now. No messing.

Breakfast is a messy attempt at an omelette & a grapefruit. The omelette was filled with 🍄🍅🧀 all free and speedy ⭐️ today we’re taking the boys remote control boats & drones out to use 👨👩👦👦🚤🛸 Then later on we’re off to my Mum and Dads for another BBQ 😍

How beautiful is this weather!!!! ☀ It makes me want to eat better although it also encourages drinking my fave tipples in the sun so this week I'm setting myself a no alcohol challenge. Who's with me?
