As strong as I can be in some situations, there are others that make me want to crawl into my bed and give up on the things I am working so hard for... Do you ever have those days?
I was struggling with one of those situations the past few days but guess what...... my mind was turning and I did have a few extra treats (because emotional eating crept in) but I realized that other people’s opinions shouldn’t determine my happiness. They should light a fire to motivate me and make me push myself to more positive places! I WILL do just that. I talked to my people that support me no matter what and I feel so much better!
Opinions usually are a reflection of the other person and a struggle they are having. Their judgement isn’t my reality! So I will focus on what I know to be true, to help others and stay away from negativity and gossip.. we should do what brings us joy, right?!
What do you do to fight off those negative situations and thoughts? Today I challenge you to lift someone up with positive words or with an act of kindness... There can never be too much positivity in this world! Be a light!

The soul fire-uppers... You know those people that just ignite your life? They cheer you on, they support you, they make you laugh, but most importantly they care about you every step of the way! That’s what this girl does for me! Every time I am with her she listens, gives advice, but must importantly sets my soul on fire! She’s the true definition of strength and determination! Every Monday my company has a national call and I always look forward to it. I leave the call feeling motivated, encouraged, and ready for the week ahead. The call is always full of great training info but more than that, it’s full of energy and positivity. You seriously can FEEL IT!
When I decided to start this journey I was pretty negative! Always complaining, thinking the worst, and I couldn’t pull myself out of the downward spiral. Surrounding myself with positive people, people who encourage me to try harder, people who are happy, and want the best for others has truly had an impact on who I am now!
You all have no idea how excited I am to go to Indy this Thursday for our big coach conference!!! All the enthusiasm, excitement, positivity.... ahhhh it’s going to be so fun! Let the happy people collide! 👊🏻

Today’s 20 minute workout was Arms & Back. We used weights, which I love!! And then this core move at the end. 🤦🏼♀️ I don’t know about you... but I hate sit ups. They are effective though 👊
