I haven't always had a love for dripping #sweat or been a #morningperson. I haven't always had the #confidence & #strength to motivate myself to BE BETTER than I was yesterday. ALL of those things I had to learn & teach myself. And how did it do it? By finding my #fitfam & my IRL #tribe, being pushed out of my #comfortzone ... because THAT is where the change happens!- I carried the extra #weight for SO long. I'm not just talking physically- I mean the #mental & #emotional weight of being unhappy in my skin - being #stressed to the max as a #singlemom who works full time, while raising 3 kids. I remember the #weight of feeling #unworthy and feeling less than because I didn't look a certain way- Which for sure meant I didn't feel good on the inside. I remember carrying the emotional baggage into my teen & early adult years - remembering how I would be teased for my appearance day in and day out. On the playground in elementary school, I would chase boys around the yard & they would yell "careful, Shamu might sit on you!". That taunting scarred me for a better part of my life. It beat me down and I was pegged into the "fat girl" hole. So I played the "smart & mature girl". I defined my life by my weight & appearance and it created a lifetime of struggle until I realized something SO LIFE CHANGING!- I used to blame my unhappiness on others, especially the notion that my life was the sum of what others thought of me, until I realized that ➡️Me being ME is where life becomes magical 🙌- It took years to "lose the weight,” metaphorically & physically. BUT what I learned is to live as unapologeticly ME - living my passions each day. That means spreading #selflove & #selfcare like it's confetti - posting pics of my workouts, sharing podcasts I love, what clean foods I like to eat - to inspire others since all of THAT is a major part of how I found myself & my WHY. So - FIND YOUR PASSION - FIND YOUR PURPOSE and LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE NOW! Oh and if you want some help with that ... I'm here to support you 😍 #tbt

TEMP 2 week and a few days foster needed PLEASE!!! What I wouldn’t give to be able to help bring this cherub into my house! Since all of my dogs are “adult dog” unfriendly, I only can foster puppies, which ironically I would rather take the older dogs! This angel is DOG FRIENDLY. He just needs a place to crash for 17 days. It’s a small sacrifice to help out, trust me I’m doing it myself! Please... please try to help as I know first hand how it is for dogs who can’t handle kennel life.

Between the stress by moving soon
I lost about 6/10 workout sessions.
My life up side down at the moment.
By now ~
I set it up almost everything and I feel much better.
I back to the gym - not as often I wish, but back. ( I gained 2/3 kg In about 1 month.)
Some conclusions : ~The stress is a big enemy!
~Sleep extremely important!
Better to push the work out because it’s relief the stress and burn calories! (Since you more likely overeat when you stressed kind a smart if you respond like that.)
~When I get beck To the gym pretty quickly I felt same straight and stamina what I had before.
I will keep in mind those things for the future.
Also I have to learn more about stress relives.
