After visiting five local shop to get few essentials which took two hours in total _ waiting in the queue, waiting at the server till, heavy bags loaded with bag of carrots, potatoes, rice, pulses, fruits, greens etc. walking back home, my arms & shoulders were aching navigating some ignorant people on my way home they are walking, running, passing by too close contact wearing holiday clothes as if everything is normal (ignoring the doctors, nurses, officials advise etc. We are so so lucky & blessed that we have a garden so can easily spend all weekend at home without having to go out. People who don’t have garden or enough space in the house they are very welcome to go out in the park, get fresh air for mental health, having some break from each other. Living more than two people under a one roof could be difficult sometimes as we are not used to this new normal way of living especially teenagers, children will find this lifestyle very boring & may show anxieties, angry behaviour or some sort of mental disorder at this time. So it is fine if this group are going out for some sort of exercise like walking, running, cycling, scooting etc. Getting ready to go in the garden staying there until the sunset for mental health, exercise & meditation 🙏🌍💚🌱 #mylifestyle #mindfulliving #mindfulness #garden #stayinghome #freshair #sunnyday #summer #london #homeandgarden #mentalhealth #selfcare #healthyliving #plantbasedfoods #holisticlifestyle #foodforthought #teddington #exercise #yogapractice #londonlife #thankyounhs #stayinghome #savenhs
