This Glazed Fruit Salad with Cinnamon Twists is a must before Tu Bishvat ends. It’s made with flaky puff pastry twists and the most irresistible fresh fruit salad. And — just sayin’ — it pairs awfully well with a side of vanilla ice cream.

Blueberries, sliced or diced
Strawberries, sliced or diced
Kiwi, sliced or diced
Mango, sliced or diced
Watermelon, sliced or diced
Cantaloupe, sliced or diced
Honeydew, sliced or diced
Pineapple, sliced or diced
2 tablespoons orange or pineapple juice
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon peach liqeuer
1 package 8- to 4-inch puff pastry squares such as Gefen Puff Pastry Squares
2 tablespoons melted margarine
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Make the Cinnamon Twists
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Place four puff pastry squares on a lightly flour-dusted surface. Brush two of the squares with melted margarine.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the margarine on each square, leaving space around the edges. Top each coated square with a plain square and seal the edges.
Brush top with melted margarine. Slice each stacked square into five strips lengthwise.
Twist each strip three times and lay on a Gefen Easy Baking Parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the freezer while you repeat the steps with the next four puff pastry squares.
Place unbaked twists in the freezer for ten minutes.
Bake for nine to 11 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven.
Brush with melted margarine and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar.
Make the Glaze
Combine ingredients for fruit glaze.
Plate or place fruit in a small bowl.
Drizzle with glaze.
Serve along with baked cinnamon twists.
