Heute ging es zum 10km Lauf nach Oldenburg. Eine schöne Veranstaltung! Tolle Stimmung und gute Strecke. 👍 Ich bin, wieder mal, verhalten angegangen. Nach 5km war ich fünfter. Zu dem dritt und vier Platzierten habe ich bei Kilometer sieben aufgeschlossen. Dann habe ich mich etwas ziehen lassen und bin ca. 700m vor dem Ziel angetreten. Dies hat für den 3. Platz in der Gesamtwertung gereicht! 🤗👍 In der Zeit von 36:31 Minuten. Damit bin ich sehr zufrieden und ich merke, dass es langsam wieder besser geht! Nun geht es am 04.05.2018 zum Abendlauf nach Sottrum und am 06.05.2018 zum I-Run nach Achim. Ich wünsche Euch allen noch einen ein wunderschönen Sonntag! ☀️😎

Today, I would like to address all riders and horse lovers.
We often take the health of our horses as a natural fact. That is not. These animals are jumping and running and fighting for and with us, always giving their best. Every day. Too often we forget that this is a present we receive and that every healthy and fun day with our partners is a gift we should be so, so thankful about! So next time you are riding a lection that is not working out right away, or your horse is hitting the fence you are just jumping over, don’t be angry or disappointed. Stay humble and be thankful you are able to do and experience these things together, because you two are healthy! *

I just rediscovered my favourite sketchbook. I thought I lost it and I am so ecstatic I found it again. Going to upload some stuff from it, I guess
I was contemplating on sharing this, since it is a very personal piece, but I am firmly believing that some things will never chance if no one ever speaks about anything. It is no shame dealing with mental issues and it certainly doesn't make you weak. On the contrary, the way I see it, fighting for yourself, fighting for your life every single day is being as strong as can be.... I went through hell some years back and I have to admit, it very nearly took my life, but here I am, still standing, still fighting. I came out of this stronger than ever before. There may still be bad days, but I know with certainty deep in my heart that I won't ever let it get the better of me.

This my brekfast and food from Yesterday. So the day was hard and i cried over every meal but eventually it let me go and I ate half of vegan ice cream box, which was very odd bc I haven have ice cream in 6 months and hey the second recovery win of yesterday was hummus 💪🏻 Brekfast of today was cottage cheese Two slices of tosted bread ona is with white cheese second with paprika hummus and veggies
Yesterday supper was carrot soup with chili, carrot hummus and some breadsticks
Lunch tortilla with veggies and candy corn
Vegan ice cream as snack
Also I did have grilled cheese and tuna steak but this food doesn’t count I guess since I had a little relapse with that,but I okey now and on good truck I think

I can fit three of these scones in my tummy without feeling overly full. I’ve been on a rather long walk with my grandparents and ate a date cake which was yum! Listen to your body. If it wants three scones then let it have three scones. I feel satisfied now, I trusted my body. No ones body will feel the same after the same amount of food. Some people may need more than three scones, others less. It doesn’t matter. Our bodies are smart and they don’t run the same way every day!!!
