That doesn’t mean your fitness has to suffer, get yourself a pair of dumbbells and save this workout ⬇️⬇️ .
Complete 8 reps of each exercise with no rest in between. .
1) Dumbbell Floor Press
2) Burpee Complex
3) Bicep Curl & Shoulder Press
4) Dumbbell Squats
5) Tricep Extensions .
Rest for 60 seconds between rounds and complete 5 rounds. .
