Nutrition information is EVERYWHERE and it can be so confusing. Should you be vegan, grain-free, low-fat, high-fat? There is a lot of conflicting information out there and it can be hard for the average person to determine what is best of their health. Truthfully, depending on your physiology, there may be pros and cons to each diet to you personally. Sure, all of them have benefits but many people need guidance and not everyone will have the same results. ⠀⠀
Head to my blog linked below to learn about some of the mainstream nutrition protocols ⠀⠀

STUFFED ALMOND BUTTER CHOCOLATE MUFFINS⠀
SOSOSOS GUYS.. it is honestly a lot harder to cook meals that i usually would make back home.. For many reasons: ⠀
1.moving into an apartment is SO tiring ⠀
2.i still have not gone grocery shopping enough for the usual ingredients i like to make food with⠀
3.im trying to stay on a budget and not spend so much $$$⠀
4.theres not enough time in the day sometimes to document and cook meals that are “post worthy”⠀
Not at all trying to make these lame excuses but just saying life is busy and that’s what i’ve been doing instead of cooking(so sad).. I also live in one of the hottest places ever (today was around 108° i think) so my appetite is not at its highest when it’s that hot... ⠀
ANYWAY MAKE THESE YOU WONT REGRET IT!! I got this huge container of powdered almond butter for $5 at costco and decided to use it in this recipe for a lower fat option but you can definitely use normal almond butter (gonna try that next week)⠀
1 ripe banana⠀
1/2 cup chocolate oat milk⠀
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 flax eggs:2 tbsp flax meal//3.5 tbsp water⠀
1 tsp baking soda⠀
1 tsp vanilla extract & 1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp salt⠀
(1/2 cup powdered almond butter+1/4 cup water) & ⠀
(1/4 cup separate powdered almond butter+1/8 water)⠀
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips⠀
1/3 cup cocoa powder⠀
1/4 cup coconut flour⠀
Preheat oven to 400° then make your flax eggs and set aside, mix dry ingredients, & wet ingredients together... Put the chocolate mixture in a well oiled muffin pan ,then in a separate small bowl mix the other 1/4 cup powdered almond butter+water and add dollops of it to the tops of each chocolate mixture, top with more chocolate chips and bake for 15 minutes!!!! Let cool for 15 minutes then pop them out of the tin with a knife & top w sea salt🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻🌈🌈🌈🌈

Weekend family travels to Upstate New York for the State Fair! It's been almost a decade since we've been! On the journey up, we obvi had to stop Destiny USA & once I found out 110 Grill was located inside, I was locked in - that's were we were going. It exceeded all of our expectations! ••••••••
* side caesar salad to start with, it had a handmade dressing with a surprisingly wonderful hint of citrus * bourbon marinated steak tips, finished with a whiskey glazed accompanied with onions strings & roasted garlic mashed potatoes

For years I have been called “Snow White” or “Casper”. Even though I’ve learnt to embrace my pale skin and dark hair, it has been one of my biggest insecurities, which is why I’ve struggled to do a post like this for a while. My paleness emphasises my dark circles under my eyes, any ounce of redness that shows up, my freckles and the difference in pigmentation all over my face. The two main reasons why I love Arbonne’s CC Cream is firstly because it is so lightweight, it literally feels like I’m putting on a moisturiser. Secondly, it completely evens out my skin tone! ✨🌿 #nofilter

I’ve been switching up my meals slightly this past week and continued to stay #meatfree . It’s important for me to note that I’m not doing this as a ”diet” or to “lose weight fast” because I’m still eating my same macros and in the same deficit as usual. I’m doing this for a couple reasons 1- I honestly haven’t had the desire to eat meat this week 🤷🏽♀️ so why would I? I’ve been getting my protein in still (because #shocker you can get Protein in many ways!) 2- it’s making me step outside my comfort zone just a little bit and incorporate some different beans and legumes in my meals which I’m really enjoying. 3- fish is awesome and I wasn’t eating enough of it before as I had fallen comfortable with my routine of meals. With being gluten/dairy free (about 99% “free”) what that’s taught me is you don’t need to follow strict rules and be “all or nothing” or fit into a strict category with how you choose to eat. (Unless you have allergies, but that’s a given). Just because I had a mamaT with whey protein in it doesn’t mean the dairy-free police are going to come for me. It’s all about moderation and doing what’s best for your body and mind. I’m gluten/dairy free for Nikolas and Elliot because they need to so it’s easier if I do it too. Will I slip up? probably sometimes. will I ever eat meat again? Maybe🤷🏽♀️ As of right now I can tell you I don’t feel like it but that may someday change and that’s ok. Honestly with some of the research I’ve done about the meat industry I doubt I’ll have it again but that’s just my personal choice. cutting out specific foods isn’t for easier weight loss because with macros everything can fit if you want it to. I’m just really enjoying the basis of the #pescatarianlifestyle right now so I’ll continue to try new things and see how it goes. Here is supper and lunch from today; Shrimp and lentil stir fry and a mamaT topped with some pb, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and hemp hearts. Even though I’m not consuming meat/dairy/gluten it’s still very important to me that I hit my macros/vitamins so finding ways to make sure my calcium, iron and protein stay up without having to rely on multi vitamins is key! (More on those another time 💊!)
