Diet plan that will definitely work. After having 2 kids your body experienced dramatics shock with stretching, weight gained and etc...but I put myself through test and I can tell you it work!!! Post-workout! 💪🏻❤️I used to avoid food as I would get home from the gym around 9/10 pm, little did I know that I was missing out on serious gains. Eating within 60 minutes after a workout can be very beneficial.
Protein helps repair your muscles that have been broken down during your workout, and carbs aid in recovery. You use your carbs during a workout, which is why it’s necessary to replenish them. Don’t neglect your body post-workout! Here’s a few examples of my fave post-workout snacks: 🔸Protein shake with banana and peanut butter

🔸Cereal and greek yoghurt
