Corona or not, we still need to workout. Go out, go into woods or do training at home. I had a good time at my dojo doing the following with my kit on:
5 min heavy bag work
1 min push-ups
1 min kettlebell swings
2 min sit-ups
1 min kettlebell side-swings
1 min lunges with a heavy sandbag on shoulders
1 min of plank
Repeat that three times and you are smoked. Or at least I was. Good training for Finnish Brutality 2020, which we are committed to arranging when we get this outbreak in control.
Tale also tells that alcohol and sauna will kill germs, so few drinks, and extremely hot sauna is my next objective. Wash your hands, avoid crowds and stay safe!
