This simple addition at Della Torre has given this house in Ivanhoe a new street frontage. The operable louvre facade caps the open plan living area, and mediates the public / private engagement between the dinner table and the street.

In my opinion, the architect should be the person responsible for coordinating all other professionals involved in the construction process and should be able to suggest a design professional or at least request qualifications and work experience when dealing with someone for the first time.
Everyone in the workplace when errors appear, try pointing the finger at another person to blame him for the mistake. We have to fulfill the contract and establish all the responsibilities between the parties very well from the beginning of the design or construction process, but keeping everything in the records and being able to protect ourselves when a problem or error appears could be an excellent solution to eliminate any legal issue or misunderstanding with the owner.
