3 months ago MEDICINAL SMOKE 🔥🌿💨 A scientific research paper titled “Medicinal Smokes, journal of ethnopharmacology” concluded that “contrary to common belief, the smoke from certain types of dried plants like: Rosemary, Mugwort, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Piñon, Green Cedar, and Varies types of Sage (non-wild, sustainably farmed raised please), are not harmful to the lungs. Instead, conclusive evidence suggests that smudging can help those people affected by poor air quality and is a powerful antiseptic, (meaning it can prevent the growth of disease-causing microorganisms) such as those suffering from cough, colds, asthma, migraines and many others.
This research was conducted in more than 50 countries, across more than five continents throughout the globe. It was discovered that fumes that came from burning plants can be used as an effective air purifier.
They have observed that burning these plants in an enclosed room reduced the airborne bacterial count by over 94 percent.”
Burning dried Rosemary, Mugwort, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Piñon, Green Cedar, and Varies types of Sage (non-wild, sustainably farmed raised please), in a fire proof cauldron or bowl, allow the smoke to billow, then take the herbs outside with you, closing the door behind you , and letting the smoke sit in an enclosed area for 10-15 minutes (the longer the better) is an effective method. Once the 10-15 minutes is up you can re-enter your home letting it air out and enjoy the atmosphere! Makes sure that your herbs are completely out when you finish. Water or dirt will help to make sure the smoke is out. This is recommended twice a week during “high risk” times. Please use all techniques on my page as safely as possible. Be well! *Fresh herbs from my Madrina’s garden.🖤
